I wonder if white people sometimes get pissed that Jesus turned out to be a black woman.

coz the effin’ show failed to see this…
Ok. So I’ve done a lot of thinking about this scene. A lot. Too much. But that’s ok, because I’ve reached a conclusion. For me, Brittany and Santana have known each other since they were very young. “BrittBritt”… the pinky link - those are things that derive from things you do when you’re small. I just can’t accept that Brittany & Santana met in high school. They know each other too well, but putting all of that aside, I still can’t see this scene as being the first time they ever saw each other.
For one, they clearly took cosmetic and lyrical context into consideration. It is also clear that the Tike and Samcedes flashbacks are not the first time they ever saw each other. I’m fairly certain Finchel was the only couple who’s flashback consisted of the first time they ever physically saw each other (Not met, but saw. Which gives me all kinds of feelings, but this is a brittana post, so moving forward…).
No. I saw this as the morning after Breadstix in Pot o’Gold. It was the morning after they first had sex as an official couple - actually together with both girls being aware, because Santana was evidently uncertain before… to afraid to push or too consumed with fear of rejection (again) to take the hint and run with it… Because the way Santana is looking at Brittany… and the way Brittany just looks back? They don’t need to say anything because they both know that everything has just changed, and Brittany is right - it IS better with feelings which is why Santana is smilng like that… In that shy little manner that says ‘I love you, you mean everything to me, and I never want to lose this because I’m just so damn happy with you’. And Britt just smiles right back because she feels it too, and even though they’ve just gotten their asses kicked in Cheerios practice, they don’t care because all that matters right now is that they’re together. Finally.
And then, when Brittany turns back around to look at her girl? She’s just like Are you coming or are you gonna make me shower alone? And she’s smiling, because she already knows the answer.
Definition: Contrary to what most people think, an introvert is not simply a person who is shy. In fact, being shy has little to do with being an introvert! Shyness has an element of apprehension, nervousness and anxiety, and while an introvert may also be shy, introversion itself is not shyness. Basically, an introvert is a person who is energized by being alone and whose energy is drained by being around other people.
Introverts are more concerned with the inner world of the mind. They enjoy thinking, exploring their thoughts and feelings. They often avoid social situations because being around people drains their energy. This is true even if they have good social skills. After being with people for any length of time, such as at a party, they need time alone to “recharge.”
When introverts want to be alone, it is not, by itself, a sign of depression. It means that they either need to regain their energy from being around people or that they simply want the time to be with their own thoughts. Being with people, even people they like and are comfortable with, can prevent them from their desire to be quietly introspective.
Being introspective, though, does not mean that an introvert never has conversations. However, those conversations are generally about ideas and concepts, not about what they consider the trivial matters of social small talk.
Introverts make up about 60% of the gifted population but only about 25-40% of the general population.
